Lately I’ve been noticing how easy it is to let AI do the thinking for me.

The speed is tempting, but it’s not the same as understanding so I’m trying to be more intentional about using AI as a tool to strengthen my judgment, reasoning, and intuition, not replace them.

Because at the end of the day, I still want to trust my own mind and have trust in my mind.
