PR’d BABYYYY!!! I hope y’all don’t mind. Hyrox is absolutely taking over this page for a few days! We trained for the last twelve weeks officially, but haven’t let up since last November when I ran my in my first Hyrox competition after coming out of a really dark season. Let these posts serve as a reminder you can do HARD ISH! I PR’d in my 3rd Hyrox competition and it was HARD af! My partner @ayj3 and I finished in 1:31 in women’s open. That’s 6 minutes faster than our last time! 💪🏿
