🗞️ It was the Monday after spring break and I just knew it was back-to-school for my monster… 
Pulled up to a completely empty parking lot. 
Surprise! Staff day!
🚫No school. 
🚫No solo reset. 
🤞🏼Just me and my six-year-old again.

After weeks of being in mom mode—nursing a sick kid, traveling for my husband’s race, doing spring break solo—I was overstimulated, tired, and honestly didn’t feel like myself.

But instead of spiraling… I chose a soft reset.
I stopped @marshalls . Found a monochromatic outfit. Brushed my hair. Put on a red lip.
And we went to lunch. Laughed. Breathed. Existed.

That, my friends, is DOPAMINE DRESSING 👗 
It’s not about fashion—it’s about feeling like you again.
