Shoutout to @dhakshboo who’s truly a pro at scouting the best locations in the city. Here are some of my favorite photo spots in Edmonton — Part 1 edition:

1. Fairmont Hotel Macdonald
The entrance of the Fairmont has always been a beautiful photo spot. The entire hotel is breathtaking—it gives luxury, old-world charm, and timeless class. However, please don’t go inside to take photos without asking. Respect the space and ask for permission first!

2. University of Alberta – Behind Rutherford Library
When I attended the U of A, this area did not look like this. So imagine my surprise when my photographer and I were location scouting and stumbled upon this gem. It’s absolutely stunning.

3. Old Strathcona Farmers’ Market
The red brick walls here are chef’s kiss. They make the perfect textured backdrop for both casual and elevated looks. Like… look at the material. Classic, clean, and never does too much.

4. ParkChamp Parkade – Across from the Delta Hotel
Trust me, parkades are elite when it comes to edgy, urban-style content. This one, in particular, has great views all around. 

5. 104 Street & 102 Avenue – Right Across from @doscrestaurant 
This spot gives “downtown cool” with the perfect blend of cityscape and character. Whether it’s golden hour or mid-morning, it always hits.
