I often take the role of a parent & speak to myself that way because it is SUCH a reality check. You need to parent yourself and be honest with yourself because who else will??
You don’t need to take accountability for where you are in life because it might not be your fault, but what you can be responsible for is how you let things play out. Get in a routine, learn, build those healthy habits and encourage yourself to keep moving forward!
