Grocery haull!!! Seeing this haul myself is very surreal because there is so much education and time behind why I chose each product! I only began thinking of my health as ! consumed food a few years ago after I took a nutritional science class and have not looked back since! Growing up we just bought what we can attord and that meant extremely processed foods so I am on a mission to change that for myself and my family! I genuinely used to eat donuts and ice cream cones for breakfast so little me would probably be so grossed out by my healthy choices now anyways see you guys in the next haul, I shall share some recipes as well coming soon because I love to cook and have tire recipes
