What started as a conversation between two friends, one a creative director, the other the dietitian journalist at Men’s Health Mag, turned into something bigger.

Dezi and I have been watching what’s happening with GLP-1s in the wellness space. The meds are powerful. No doubt. But no one’s talking about what happens when take them mindlessly without a plan; specifically, without protein, without resistance training, and without real education from a real nutrition expert.

So we decided to change the narrative a bit and teamed up to create something that wasn’t just visually powerful, but educational, accessible, and real. 

We sat down with phillyvz , the founder of vitabellahealth to discuss these powerful medications and how they’re transforming people.

“TBH, people can actually use GLP-1s safely, build strength, and not lose themselves in the process. I’m a point in my career where I’m a bit more diet agnostic. Choose whatever works for you, be sure that you have the means, the education, and the support and then have at it.”
