✨1: Split content into SECTIONS
Label each category vs. cramming into untitled paragraphs

✨2: Add BULLETS
Much easier to read & write vs. long sentences!
Add very specific details and preempt questions
E.g., How long exactly? Rationale? What data? What was added? … so on

✨3: Make CALL TO ACTION (aka CTA) specific and actionable
What exactly do you need - Feedback? Answers? Actions?
When do you need it?
And if applicable, how do you want them to do it?

✨4: Update email SUBJECT LINE
I love square brackets in the beginning, followed by specific details
E.g.,
[Intro] Kelly / Kelsey
[Request] Q2 Finance Data Pull - For 10/15
[11/5 Board Summary] Key Minutes & Decisions
