I’ve never posted most of these “behind the scenes” - but I wanted to share a glimpse into what “reality” actually *felt* like for me - especially during earlier years! It’s really different from what the internet sees now

PS I don’t personally think of [current me] as “successful” yet - yes, I’ve made strong early career progress, but life is long! (I’ll probably always feel like I have miles to go ☺️)

However, even these current early “achievements” & “attributes” you might know me for - I was actually very far from them

15 years ago I wouldn’t have dared to imagine I could feel confident
12 years ago I wouldn’t have dared to imagine I could like how I look in photos
10 years ago I wouldn’t have dared to imagine I could land my job offers
6 years ago I wouldn’t have dared to imagine I could take on a Project Leader role
1 year (!) ago I wouldn’t have dared to imagine I could run a marathon

And I think even though I never felt like “a naturally talented star”
I was committed to putting in a lot of consistent effort and…
in the end I owe it to that.
Consistent effort on all fronts… will take you a long way
