AD | Come with me to @sainsburys to pick up my favourite @bibigo.uk sauces and seaweed snacks to make my festive Korean chicken rice bowl 😍🎄🍚

Their Korean fried chicken sauce made it super easy for me to recreate one of my favorite dishes at home in under 15 minutes. Recipe below ⬇️

For the chicken batter : 📖 

1/4 cup corn starch
1/4 plain flour
1 tbsp soy sauce
White of 1 egg
1 tsp White pepper
1 tbsp of water at a time to create a thinner batter. 

🥢Add chicken pieces to the batter and fry in oil at 180 until crispy and golden (4-5 minutes). 

🥢 Warm your @bibigo.uk Korean fried chicken sauce in a pan and toss in the chicken for 1-2 minutes until coated. 

🥢 Serve over a bowl of rice with spring onions and red chillies to make my festive rice bowl. Don’t forget to crush over some crispy seaweed for that extra crunch 😍
