MAC & CHEESE the perfect BBQ side dish! 🌞 

Although this weather is now feeling like we’re back in January again 🙄

500g Macaroni or Spirali
250g mature cheddar
250g red Leicester
1 ball of mozzarella 
150ml double cream 
70g butter
50g flour
600ml milk 
1.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 heaped tbsp @greypouponuk Dijon mustard
Salt to taste 
1 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp sweet smoked paprika
1 tbsp cayenne pepper 
Parsley to garnish
