It’s a dance-based movement practice that introduces students to a new way to tap into their feminine energy. This movement combines free dance with pole dancing, which adds another layer of expression to your dance. Our classes offer a safe space for sharing, discovery, practice, witnessing, celebrating feminine energy in motion, and, above all, having fun! ✨

This two-hour introductory class is for any woman who wants to get a great workout while learning to move sensually and fluidly and connect with her body’s natural rhythms. The class will challenge students physically and empower women to reconnect to body, mind, heart, and soul by exploring the language of their bodies through intuitively led dance.💫

We will begin with a 45-minute warm-up/workout, followed by a 15-minute pole exploration, and then move into a 45-minute dance discovery. We will take elements from the warm-up and the pole instruction, weaving them together into a dreamy dance and then the real fun begins! We will split into groups and dance! Each group will sample various types of music and experience the pleasure of being witnessed while dancing, and the healing power of holding space and seeing other women dance.
