Being single doesn’t mean all of my attention is focused on dating and finding a partner 🚫

It means I get to be more intentional about ME 🙋🏾‍♀️ —
my healing, my wholeness, my wellness, and my faith. 🙏🏾

This season isn’t just about preparing for a partner.
It’s about pouring into the woman I’m becoming — emotionally, spiritually, physically.

So one this episode of saved and single… I booked a cycling class and spent time in the recovery lounge at Studio by Catalyst in San Diego.
When I say it was just the rest I needed I am not kidding — taking care of body when it’s sore, mind when it’s over simulated, and soul when I feel far from God are my ways of putting me first

Being single doesn’t mean I’m waiting. My singles means exploring, challenging myself, and being joy into all spaces that I enter.
