We put the B(i)and B(i)ang back into our homemade noodles! Biang Biang is onomatopoeia of the sound made by slapping noodle dough . Biang Biang noodles are hand pulled fermented wheat flour, thick and broad shaped (can be as wide as a belt) with a super  chewy texture⠀
