📰 Cybersecurity headlines you probably missed this week (10–16 November 2025)

1️⃣ AI is now hacking on its own. Claude Code was used to autonomously attack around 30 global organisations after a Chinese-linked group manipulated the tool. This is the first confirmed AI-driven cyberattack in the wild.

2️⃣ Hackers are hiding malware inside Hyper-V virtual machines. This new technique makes malicious activity almost invisible to security tools. VM-based stealth attacks are rising fast.

3️⃣ Critical Cisco zero-days patched. Emergency fixes were released for high-severity flaws in Cisco UCCX and firewall systems. Unpatched devices could allow attackers to take full control.
