Raising our glass for all those in the UK fighting the senseless discrimination that is BSL. You got this! Our hearts go out to those in rescue. Huge props to @carlalaneanimalsinneed @save_our_bullies @dontbanmelicenceme and everyone fighting to save these innocent sentient beings. To all the responsible families dealing with this unwarranted stress. Take good care of yourselves. We stand with the ethical veterinary professionals refusing to kill. #donoharm 

To those responsible for this mess, shame on you. The act has been in place for over 30 years now and it has failed miserably. Isn’t that enough proof that it isn’t the solution? All this time, money and energy could be put to good use addressing the actual problem. Providing education, support, and training to families. Assessments and guidance from actual certified animal behaviourist. Licensing and restrictions on irresponsible breeders and owners, holding them accountable. Holding responsible owners and innocent good dogs accountable for the crimes of others makes no sense. NO crime, BIG punishment. BSL is animal cruelty!Sanctioned discrimination hurts everyone. Please educate yourselves and look at the facts. Innocent blood is on your hands, not to mention your constituents’ mental health and well-being. Watcha gonna do…the world is watching. Please do the right thing and end breed specific legislation.
