Making the NYC walk-up ➡️ luxury building switch 🫢

I’m actually counting down the MINUTES that I don’t have to wash my dishes by hand anymore 😭

The amount of hours living in a walk up drains from my week is 😅I could be so much more productive with my time! 

While I love the charm of a walk up, nothing beats not having to deal with spending hours a week doing dishes, laundry at a laundromat, and dealing with bugs! 

Bc everyone’s been debating walk-up vs luxury…. What’s your pick??? For me it depends 🤷🏻‍♀️If I could afford one w both I would
