If you’re waiting to feel ready to: 
move to that big city
apply for the job
leave the job
start the thing
take the risk
…you’ll be waiting forever.

I didn’t feel ready when I moved to NYC.
I didn’t feel ready leaving a big company for a startup.
I didn’t feel ready signing a lease I couldn’t really afford yet.
I didn’t feel ready being the first marketer at a small startup.

But I started anyway.

And every time I took the leap before I felt ready, things figured themselves out after I moved.

Bc the fact that you’re even thinking about it or pulled to it is your sign that it’s the right move!! 

You just need to start — even in baby steps.
