I’m overwhelmed by all of the messages and support when I shared the news yesterday🥹😭 — it truly means more than you know. 

I know so many of us are constantly pushing toward the next step, the next title, the next goal, that it’s hard to pause and see how far you’ve already come.

3 years ago, I started as a marketing associate. Since then, I’ve grown into a senior-level role — and when I finally got the news, it didn’t feel like it’s “supposed” to feel. 

So I took myself on a solo date to slow down, reflect, and actually celebrate the work it took to get here — even in the middle of a busy work week.
