No one actually knows what they’re doing in corporate — and realizing that can catapult your career

When I moved from a huge corporation (LinkedIn) to an early-stage startup, I expected leadership to have all the answers (I was very wrong lol)

Instead, I learned something way more important:
Most decisions at work are made with incomplete information.

The difference between junior and senior isn’t “knowing more” — it’s getting better at making informed decisions.

Knowing this helps you remember that:
You were hired for a reason.
Your perspective matters — whether you’re a new grad or mid-career.
And waiting until you feel “ready” is usually what holds people back.

Speak up in meetings.
Come with a point of view.
Trust the experience you do have.
That’s how careers actually move forward🤫

If you’re also building your career in your 20s/30s, follow along and LMK what other advice you’ve learned!
