This past week at a conference in LA was a crash course in balancing content creation with a full-time marketing career. 

Even though I’ve been doing this remotely for 4+ years now, starting out by vlogging by days working at @linkedin, I was still so overwhelmed. 

This is now the second time I’ve been in-person at a conference where BOTH of my worlds collide: As an events & campaigns marketing manager at an AdTech startup AND a career creator, I sit on two different sides of the media industry, giving me a unique perspective that helps me grow in BOTH areas. 

💡So, if you’re building a side hustle/personal brand, take a step back to see how it can align with the other parts of your life/career so they can grow together.
