Climbed Roys Peak yesterday. 5,177 feet, solo. No training, just stubborn legs and a heavy heart.

This one’s for my family, for the boys back home who used to talk about snow-covered mountains but never got the chance to see them.

For those quietly fighting their minds every day.

And for Hazwan Izzat (1985–2025) — brother, friend, soul we lost too soon. I thought of you the whole way up.

It wasn’t Everest. But it hurt. And it mattered.
