Congrats to my girl @kitta_billionz on closing with the Unicorn of Real Estate! $11,500 in grants! There was no way she was closing without me flying in to be with her on her big day!

We submitted a highest and best offer and asked for NO CONCESSIONS and she still came to the table with less than $5,000 🎉🦄 thanks to @johnita.herndon and as always the best attorney ever @julz_mez made sure the figures were balanced and buyer needs were met!
