Getting up at 5am this morning reminded me of the peace I felt bathing horses in the clear waters of Pebbles Beach, Barbados at sunrise. 

Feeling that peace and connecting with these beautiful creatures was a great reminder that stepping away from the noise and routine definitely makes space for new ideas to breathe and things to feel clearer. Giving your senses a break and engaging with something completely different can really recharge you. I mean, come on…did you ever imagine I’d be bathing horses? What a majestic experience. It’s these moments of calm and connection that help you show up as your best self. Bathing these majestic creatures in the ocean reminded me of that; they were so calm and loved their connection with the water.
