I noticed how judgmental we are with ourselves so many times. We say (think)  things to  ourselves, that we would never say to anybody. I read an article saying that  we should treat ourselves as if we were our own best friend: be more kind to ourselves, say positive things to ourselves, love ourselves more and compliment ourselves. Our lives and mindset will improve considerably. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
