Are you self-aware enough to stop and reset? 💕

I grew up seeing Black women around always on the go, and eventually I became one of them. But in this season of my life, I feel called to not follow those patterns and give myself the permission to breathe. Not everyone will understand this process but I hope to model the beauty and benefits of slowing down.
