What have I been up to? Resting 💕

Finishing my dissertation took so much out of me and the biggest gift I can give myself right now is to rest. 

Because how else can I continue to bring my vision to reality if I don’t allow myself to pause and reflect? I’m grateful that I know resting is doing the work. See yall on the other side. 

I’m going to make this a series on post- PhD self-care.
