I am officially Dr. Ashley E. Lazarre 🥳🥳🥳

Graduation was one milestone, but my dissertation defense marked the true completion of this doctoral journey.

My PhD dissertation explored Black women healing on social media, a topic rooted in creativity, activism, and healing. Thank you to all the Black women creators who said yes to being part of the study and vulnerably shared their stories. You were not just participants, but co-producers of this research, your digital activism and storytelling made this work possible. Special thanks to:
