But in order for your black to not crack, you have to engage in holistic wellness as a lifestyle. 
- Find a form of exercise that you love, 
- Eat food your body needs, not what you grew up eating in your culture
- work on your mental health / mindset 
- use practices to connect with yourself 
- find community
