If you somehow missed it, I made a giant chopping board! It's 105cm long and on average 40cm wide. All because my husband wanted a huge one - chef can have whatever he wants 😇 I got a huge slab of wood from therusticwoodbarn, cut to size, removed the bark but kept the live edge shape, filled any voids with o3adhesives black CA glue, routed some handles, sanded, sanded, water popped and sanded again. All finished with natashacraig_woodworker wood wax. I would 100% make one of these again, super satisfying! 🤩 Dan is absolutely loving using it. He said it feels nicer to cut on, it cleans up really easily and gives him loads of prep space. 10/10 from both of us #diyish #woodworking #cuttingboard #liveedge #choppingboard
