I took this 2-week solo trip to Costa Rica to get away from EVERYTHING and really give my self space to heal, take deep breaths, and rejuvenate my soul.

This is me, for a moment, forgetting it all and just allowing myself to hear + connect with nature. No news. No responsibilities, expectations, stressors, or traumas.
