tbh my routines have been nonexistent all winter (sleeping in, working out whenever but doing the bare minimum when i get there)

i’ve been sleeping like 9.5-10 hours every night which at first i said was just me letting my body rest but it’s actually just the fact that i don’t want to get out of bed in the morning 🫠 there is such thing as too much sleep!!!
