If you are concerned about your little ones bowel movements then get them checked by your GP.
The sooner constipation is identified and treated, the quicker it will resolve. The use of an osmotic laxative is the recommended treatment for constipation in children.
Treating constipation with a laxative alongside the increase of fluids and a well balanced – with exercise and responding to the urge to poo would greatly help in the treatment of constipation.
