It’s so important to teaching our children how to poo correctly from a young age to create a good habit for life!
💩 keep poo soft
🥴 don’t ignore the urge to go
🚽 sit correctly on loo
😚 do fun blowing & relaxation exercises 
🕰️ if nothing is happening after a few minutes do some movement- tummy massage, rock back and forth, hop off and do some jumps and sit again
🥡 Have a box of toys just for loo time
👀 Have a look at the poo with your little one and compare it to the Bristol Stool Chart to see what type of poo they are passing
