30% of companies have already replaced jobs with AI and remaining 7% companies are planning to replace it by end of 2026, that makes 37% in total. And this number is not small to ignore. 

While everyone is busy panicking about which role is next on the chopping block, nobody is asking the real question by digging deeper.
What can AI actually NOT do?
Because yes. AI is fast, AI is cheap, AI doesn’t call in sick, AI doesn’t need motivation or coffee breaks.
But AI also can’t do really pull off multiple things. Out of those, there are Three specific skill types that exactly what makes a career untouchable right now and one should double down on those skills. 

This isn’t my opinion. McKinsey’s research backs this up. These are the skill types that stay standing while everything around them gets automated, optimised, or eliminated.

But here’s what bothers me.
We are only focusing on “top 10 AI tools” and “how to use ChatGPT.”, this, that. But that doesn’t answer the question keeping you up at night.
“Will I still matter in 3 years?”
You will. If you build the right things.
So stop asking “will AI take my job?”
Start asking “am I building the skills AI can’t copy?”
Because the answer to that one question decides everything, your salary, your relevance, your peace of mind.
