Ingredients
	•	3–4 cans of corn, drained
	•	3–4 fresh corn cobs, kernels removed
	•	1 bag frozen corn (approximately 10 oz)
	•	1 quart half-and-half or heavy cream (adjust based on desired richness)
	•	1 stick unsalted butter
	•	1 medium onion, finely chopped
	•	1–2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
	•	Salt, freshly ground black pepper, and a pinch of thyme
