✨Ingredients

-1–2 shots (1.5–3 oz) tequila, to taste
-Juice of ½ lime
-½ cup fresh strawberries, hulled
-½ cup fresh watermelon, cubed
-Water, as needed (optional, to adjust consistency)
-Sweetener of choice (e.g., honey, agave syrup), to taste (optional)
-10 freeze-dried strawberries
-¼ teaspoon edible pink glitter
-Ice
-Lime wedge, for garnish
-Lemon wedge (for rimming the glass)

✨Instructions

Prepare the Juice: In a blender, combine fresh strawberries and watermelon. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add water a little at a time to adjust the consistency. Add sweetener, if desired. Strain the blended juice through a fine mesh sieve into a mixing glass or shaker.

Mix the Cocktail: Add tequila and lime juice to the strained juice. Seal and shake well to combine.

Rim the Glass: Using a mortar and pestle or food processor, crush freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of your serving glass, then dip the rim into the strawberry powder to coat. Note: If you prefer it to be sweeter, mix the strawberry powder with a pinch of sugar 

Assemble the Drink: Fill the prepared glass with ice. Pour the cocktail mixture over the ice.

Garnish:Sprinkle edible pink glitter on top and garnish with a lime wedge.
