VIETNAMESE PORK CHOP RECIPE ✨ This is seriously the most tender & juicy pork chop you’ll ever have! Follow houtocook for more recipes!

Ingredients 
4-5 pork chops
8 chopped garlic 
1/4 cup chopped lemongrass
1/4 cup chopped onion 
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbs sugar (I used coconut palm sugar since it’s “healthier” 😜)

✨TRICK #1: Cut slits at the edges of the pork chop so it doesn’t curl up when you pan fry it 

Marinate pork chop in all ingredients overnight and pan fry the following day.

✨TRICK #2: If pork chop is not fully cooked after pan frying, you can put in oven at 400F for 5 mins or more
