"Slow is smooth and smooth is fast"

I learnt kayaking last monsoon 2022, took part in the amateur category immediately after. Won two silvers. This year, taking part in the Pro category and doing the course on the Malabar Express, catching all the gates and coming in 3rd amongst the Indians in Extreme Slalom was a moment of personal growth. The rivers of Kerala have always been my happy place to paddle in. Grateful for that always ❤️✨
