INGREDIENTS 

-1 whole lobster or 4 lobster tails (i got them from @costco )
-10 peeled garlic cloves
-1 sliced ginger 
-Drizzle of rice wine 
-1 cup water 
-Corn starch slurry - 2 tbs corn starch + 2 tbs water 
-Noodles (I used traditional chinese yee-mein noodles aka E-Fu noodles)

SAUCE INGREDIENTS 
-2 tbs soysauce
-2 tbs oyster sauce (I used @leekumkeeusa )
- Sprinkle of white pepper (@simplyorganicfoods ) & sugar
