1. Amphitrite, queen of the sea, not loud like Poseidon, but luminous, elusive, and deep as thought. In this version, she’s no tempest-tamer or jealous consort; she’s the quiet current under every wave, the whispered mythology of coral and goldfish. Her crown is not forged of tridents but grown from the slow bloom of kelp and reef-dreams. She doesn’t command attention, she draws it in like the tide. In this portrait, Amphitrite isn’t above the sea—she is the sea: tranquil, watchful, impossibly alive. And the fish? They don’t swim around her. They orbit her, like small, flickering moons around a gentle gravitational force.
