Panel discussion at the @mindset_reengineering conference yesterday speaking on ‘Building big, starting small’.

I am about foundations so my main points were around ensuring that you aren’t building big on the wrong foundation, because then, it could be futile. 

What I didn’t say is :

If you are building for the global scene, ensure you are incorporating EXCELLENCE in your dealings, cos that’s the world standard. A good place to start is infusing excellence on every level you find yourself. Just give it your best ‘foot’ per time.
