Allow us to introduce Cruella de Vil who just celebrated her #Sweet16 this past November! Her Mom recently shared this photo and update with us: “Cruella de Vil just celebrated her #Sweet16 in November! She had hip dysplasia, and had surgery on both hips over the years. She has arthritis, and other age related challenges. But, thanks to Dr Hempdog, she still bosses everyone around! Just this morning, she hopped around the yard like a #Bunny!
