I hit a point where I couldn’t hold one more school email, snack request, or appointment reminder in my head. Four kids under six, a house, work… my brain was DONE. So I started dumping everything into ChatGPT – schedules, meals, to‑dos, even the tiny things only moms remember – and letting it organize it for me. I’m not more ‘put together,’ I just finally have a second brain.
