## Caption

Reinventing some of my childhood favorites with my own twist has been a wonderfully nostalgic experience. Recreating Casa Yari's beloved pastelon, just like my mom used to prepare it on the stovetop in a skillet, has been a joy, especially in a smaller version. I felt like that little girl again, standing next to the kitchen end table, watching mami work her magic. I can hardly wait! In the meantime, here’s a sneak peek!
