This was served last Monday for our private dinner called El planeta verde.  We showcase Guatemalan cuisine, 💯 all plant based.  We converted these dishes all vegan without sacrificing flavor.  Real food! Food that most of us grew up eating & miss.

Sure, Vegan Burgers, vegan pizza & vegan hot dogs are awesome,
but that's not what vegan food is only about, my intentions are to showcase different Latin cultures & show that the real foods we miss are the ones we really grew up eating. Twice a month we will me making these private exclusive 4 course dinners on a Monday,  you will interact with me & my sous chef. We will talk about the dishes and the culture behind it as we serve them.

This Monday October 14 6pm we will have guest Chefs Carlos & Bernise from tacoselhongomagico we are teaming up to showcase Mexico cuisine, we are doing 4 courses dinner and we always do a beverage that is traditional.
