1. When interviewing, ALWAYS say you’re interviewing other places even if you’re not. Be in demand.

2. If you get close to the end with a company, say you’re also doing final interviews with another company. Quicker responses and more leverage!

3. Take your graduation years OFF your resume. You don’t wanna be a victim of age discrimination.

4. Advocate for yourself internally even if you’re not successful at first. Keep bringing your impact data and the market value to the conversation.

5. Job hop every 1-2 years especially earlier on in your career. You’ll never have more negotiation leverage than you do when you first start at a company.
