Performance reviews, project completion reciepts, PTO records.

2️⃣ Save positive feedback.

Screenshots of praise from teammates, managers, or stakeholders.

3️⃣ Store it all on your personal device.

You will be locked out of your work laptop suddenly and unexpectedly.

4️⃣ Document the environment.

Keep notes or screenshots that show the reality of your workplace.

5️⃣ Max out your 401K.

Use those last paychecks to FILL your retirement account.

6️⃣ Book all your medical appointments.

Use your insurance while you still have it: eye, dental, physicals, therapy, all of it.

7️⃣ Use your personal & mental health days.

You won’t get paid for those later, so take them now.

8️⃣ Update your LinkedIn and resume.

Quietly turn on “Open to Work.” Start networking before you need to.

9️⃣ Plan your finances.
