On the way to open Cajou this morning after being closed for a while due to the @mybge fire (which destroyed our freezer compressor), we got some happy feelings. Even through the difficult times, we realize that we really love Baltimore and we love what we do: building community around the joy of delicious ice cream made from real food ingredients, seeing the smiles that come to the faces of people who can eat ice cream again, and creatively bringing you the world on a spoon. 

We got happy feelings driving over, reopening the store and now all that’s missing is you!
