The introvert steps out on the town and I’m heading over to @crossroadskitchen in Las Vegas. I’m in search of some of the best tasting plant based foods around the world. Crossroads is an all vegan upscale restaurant where they turn kelp into caviar, mushrooms into bacon, and tomatoes into eggs. It’s so delicious.
